We are committed to for a more responsible and sustainable management that aims at constant improvement and we have obtained the GSTC sustainability certification . The values we believe in can be summarized in these 3 words:

We have enclosed our principles in a Ethics Code to express our commitment and share it with all our stakeholders as well as becoming a valuable guide for all our collaborators.
We believe that networking and mutual support are the foundation for implementing effective teamwork aimed at promoting the traditions, customs, culture, and economy of our land.
The share of local products and services purchased, relative to total procurement, is 77%.
Inclusion and Sustainability at the Core
We strongly believe in the importance of offering job opportunities without any form of discrimination based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or disability. Our company is committed to creating a fair and inclusive work environment where every individual can fully express their potential.
Our governance is entirely composed of women, and the majority of our team members are women: our team consists of 14 people, 11 of whom are women.
Furthermore, we are deeply committed to responsible and sustainable tourism. Our goal is to raise awareness among our guests so that each stay is not only an enriching experience for them but also an opportunity to enhance the territory that hosts us.
We are committed to improving our impact through constant monitoring of our consumption and have set significant improvement goals.
Among these, we focus heavily on waste sorting with the aim of nearly eliminating plastic by the end of 2025.
Additionally, 95% of our lighting is energy-efficient LED, and we aim to reach 100% by 2026.
We use electricity generated 100% from renewable sources.
We also provide our guests with two electric vehicle charging stations.
